  •  sauté ¼ red onion in chicken broth for 3  minutes. 
  • stir in garlic, red bell pepper & chili pepper (jalapeño,  serrano chili, fresno chili), and sauté for 3 minutes. 
  • stir in celery, grated ginger, fresh squeezed lemon juice & 1tbsp tamari soy sauce. 
  • cover & sauté for 3 minutes.
  • top with collard greens & left over chicken (3oz), then cover & steep for 3 minutes.
  • optional: stir in  pre-made quinoa (1 cup) or long grain brown rice (1 cup).

  • dice 2 pasture-raised chicken breasts (3 oz each) and put in plastic bag.
  • add 1/2 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 cup 365 Organic Lemon Tahini  Dressing to coat chicken.
  • dump in a large skillet, cover, and thoroughly cook chicken
  • add 2tbsp soy sauce, mix well & cover for 2 mins.
  • add *pre-cooked organic veggies (broccoli, asparagus, mushroom), mix well & cover for 1 min.
  • serve with leafy green salad for #lowcarb meal.
  • serve atop rice for #highcarb meal.
